Who are we?

YBIL Web Designs is a West Virginia based web site design and hosting company. While we develop and host sites for many businesses and organizations, we've designed our Fair/Festival tools and templates specifically with the needs of fairs in mind. We've developed sites for individual county fairs as well as West Virginia's Association of Fairs and Festivals.

 

About our team:

Marshall Patton
Co-Owner and Lead Technical Contact
Marshall has over twenty years experience in the Information Technologies industry. Having worked as a hardware technician, computer programmer, and project manager for the West Virginia Department of Education's administrative education system, Marshall serves as our lead technical developer and systems manager.

Richard Pullin
Co-Owner and Business Manager
Richard also has over twenty years of experience in the industry. Richard has a tremendous amount of experience with financial software and systems as well as database administration. Richard also has an eye for graphics design and serves as lead graphics designer for our site templates.

Tim Conzett
Site Designer
Tim is the latest addition to the YBIL team. Tim has an extremely strong knowledge of networking and PC systems. His skills with web development cover a wide range of technologies from Active Server Page and PHP development to database administration. Recently, Tim has developed some outstanding commercial/retail websites for businesses as well as the educational system.

Fernando Ibanez
Technical Consultant
Fernando serves as our Linux technical consultant and all around web technologies 'guru'. With a large collection of program languages including Java in his toolbox, Fernando is an extremely valuable resource for YBIL.
